- Permitting: Prepare architectural & structural drawings, submit to city for plan check & approval, handle any required revisions
- Pre-Construction: Finalize budget and timeline, sign contract and schedule start date, order materials and prepare site
- Construction Phase: Site work and foundation, framing, plumbing, electrical, roofing. Interior finishes (flooring, cabinetry, paint, etc.), inspections throughout each stage
- Final Inspection & Approval: City or county final walkthrough. pass all required inspections
